Reiki is a healing practice based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living beings, and when this energy is low or blocked, it can cause physical or emotional illness. Reiki practitioners use hands-on or hands-near techniques to channel this energy, aiming to balance and harmonize the recipient’s energy, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and healing. It’s often used as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medical treatments.

Shamanic Energetic Healing has been around for thousands of years. Shamans are energetic healers and are known as Earthkeepers and have passed these techniques from generation to generation. I have studied the Q’ero Incan medicine wheel and incorporated these practices into my energetic work by clearing the LEF (luminous energy field, aura), removing chakra imprints, rebalancing chakras, cutting cords, and more. I also clear spaces with these techniques.

As a Certified Crystal Energy Guide, I often use crystal in my energy sessions. Crystals have amazing vibrations that can help raise your body’s vibration for better focus, clarity, peace, and grounding. As an artist, I create hand wrapped crystal pendants and infuse each one with positive Reiki energy to better attune the wearer with a sense of well-being and balanced chakras. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is generally known as Tapping. By gently tapping in a specific pattern on specific acupressure points, one can release emotional and energetic blockages. This technique has been clinically proven to lower cortisol levels, the stress hormone. It has been recognized as a modality that is highly successful in lowering stress triggered by a fight or flight response and has been used for many years for resolving and lowering PTSD in veterans. It can also be used successfully for many issues such as addiction, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, self esteem and general limiting beliefs.
